In this article, you can find basic information on the CloudPayroll Kiosk mobile app:
Before you can use the CloudPayroll Kiosk mobile app, you first need to activate your kiosk. If you have not already done so, see CloudPayroll Employee Kiosk - Activate My Kiosk.
Once you have activated your kiosk, you can then download the mobile app:
When you initially log into the mobile app with your username and password, you will be directed to a page to set up your PIN. You will access your app using this PIN instead of your username and password once the PIN is set up.
Your mobile app displays your payslips and tax summaries.
Depending on the settings chosen by your employer, you may be able to request leave, project leave balances, or view calendars. You can also change your contact information or submit timelogs (if applicable).
Note: CloudPayroll also offers a browser-based Employee Kiosk that can be used on desktop, tablet and mobile. If you would like to know more, see CloudPayroll Employee Kiosk - Quick Guide.
To navigate around the app, tap the menu on the top left-hand side of the screen.
The dashboard displays widgets to give you snapshot views of key information and quick access to areas of the app without going through the menu.
Your current payslip is the first widget you see on the dashboard. Your net pay is hidden.
If you select the eye, the net pay will display.
Tap View Payslip to view your latest payslip.
Swipe right to see the Leave Balances widget.
Your latest leave balances widget is the second widget on the dashboard and displays your latest leave balance.
Tap My Balances to view your leave balances.
Add a leave request (today's date by default).
Tap Add Leave at bottom of screen.
Select the Leave Type, change any other details and then tap Submit. This will send the request to your manager for approval.
The Pay History menu provides access to:
Once you have selected the Pay History menu, the default page is Pay History. You can change to other payment pages by tapping the option in the menu at bottom of the screen:
You access Pay History from the menu.
You can access your payslip either from Pay History on the menu or the 'View Payslip' button in the Latest Payslip widget.
You access Tax YTD Summaries from Pay History in the menu.
You access your balances from Pay History in the menu.
The Leave menu provides access to:
Once you have selected the Leave menu, the default page is Leave Requests. You can change to other leave pages by tapping the option in the menu at bottom of the screen:
Your leave is accessible from the menu.

To add a leave request, tap the orange + (plus).
Select the leave type and dates, then change any other details and tap Submit.
This will send the request to your manager for approval.

An email is automatically sent to your employer or a leave approver with the details of your leave request. After they have reviewed and approved, or declined, your leave request, you will receive an email notification from CloudPayroll.
You access your Leave Calendar from Leave in the menu.
Depending on the settings selected by your employer, you may also be able to calculate leave balances for a future date when planning leave.
You access your Projected Leave from Leave in the menu.
Select the leave type, enter average weekly hours, and enter the future paid to date of the leave. The projected balance will update.
To see how the projected balance was calculated, tap the projected leave balance in the blue box.
This is an estimate only and does not submit a leave request.
Timelogs are accessible from the menu.

Depending on the settings selected by your employer, you can update your address and phone number.

If you wish to communicate to payroll to make changes, use the change request. This will display on your payroll administrator's dashboard in their CloudPayroll application.

To receive an email notification each time you have been paid tap the Send email when paid toggle to turn toggle on.
Note: No payment details are contained in the email.
Note: If you tap Logout, you will completely log out of the mobile app. When you next log in, you will be required to enter your username and password, and set up a PIN again. You would only do this if you wanted to change your mobile app to access an alternative employee kiosk, for example, if you changed employers and wanted to change the mobile app to your new employee details with your new employer.
Your device will automatically lock the CloudPayroll Kiosk mobile app when you are not using it. That is, when it is not the app you are currently viewing on your mobile device.
