Projected Leave

Project a future leave balance

You must activate your Employee Kiosk before being able to view your Leave History. If you need assistance on how to setup the mobile app, see the following article.
  • Projected Leave is used to estimate an your leave balance at a future date.
  • Projected Leave takes into account any future approved and pending leave requests.
  • Future leave is defined as any leave request occurring after the last closed pay date in the payroll system.

Go to "Leave" in the menu and then select "Projected" from the icons at the bottom of the page. 
  1. Leave Type: Choose the leave type you want to project. 
  2. Average Weekly Hours: This should autofill but if required, change the hours used to calculate the projected leave.
  3. Projection Date: Enter the date you want to project the leave to, or select the date from the date picker.
  4. Last Paid to Date: This should autofill, no changes needed.
