Checking for Failed Imports
If you suspect that some journals may be missing or have failed to import into Zoho Books, please see the steps below to review and make any necessary corrections.
1. Log into Zoho Books
2. Go to Custom Modules
3. Click on CloudPayroll Logs
4. On this screen you will see the status of all payroll imports
5. If you click on any Failure, you will be provided with a reason for failure.
6. In the Failure screen, you will have the option to Create Journal
7. A screen will then pop up allowing you to update any missing accounts
8. At the bottom of this pop up, you will then be able to Create Journal, this will then instantly create this missing journal in Zoho
