Check the payroll, print payslips and reports
After entering all payments on the Enter Timesheets page, payslips and other reports can be checked and/or printed from the sub-menu.
Note: You can view and/or print all reports for the payroll you have completed under 'Reports > Payroll Reports'.
The Payroll Control report that is displayed is a useful overview of your payroll. Check that the various totals on this report are as you would expect them to be. Many of the items listed in this report summarise other reports. You can follow the links within this report (and many others) to easily retrieve additional information. This is a good time to explore, and you will discover a lot of useful information is readily available.
Payslips
If you need to produce a PDF version of a payslip, the easiest way to do this is when viewing the timesheets. See Print a Payslip to PDF for more information.

Tips on Where to Find the Payroll Reports
- All payroll reports can be accessed from each historical pay-run via 'Reports > History > Payroll History'.
- Select the above report for a date range, then open the report in Excel. This report will give you most of the information required for financial year end reporting.
- Click on the report description hyperlinks to take you straight to the report that relates to the money value.
- Under the 'Reports' menu, you can open all reports such as View on Screen, Print, Excel, PDF.
- Under the 'Reports' menu, 'Payroll' reports are the reports that flow through to 3.Check and these relate to each time you run a payroll.
