Member Verification Requests (MVRs) allow you to confirm that an employee’s super fund details are correct before any payments are made.
Super funds will verify whether the employee is a member of that fund and confirm that contributions can be processed before you are required to make any payments. If the fund is unable to match the employee’s information, it will provide a reason so you can address any issues with the employee before submitting the contribution.
We are currently building an automated MVR process into the employee onboarding process. However, this development is still in progress and is scheduled for release before the end of 2026.
