How to update your Super Contact
Your Superannuation Contact is the person that will receive emails and notifications from CloudPayroll about the below, so it is very important to keep this up to date.
- Rejections of an employee's contribution
- Dishonours
- Upcoming debits
- Changes to your superannuation process
- SMSF approvals
- APRA funds closing and/or merging
1. Go to Setup > Organisation
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page to view your organisation contacts
3. These contacts require a full name, position and email address
4. Tick the Super column to the right of the contact's details to make this person a super contact (or untick to remove them as a contact)
5. Save the page to update the details.
