Employee Documents


Upload a document for a person

      1. Go to People > View People and click on the person you want to upload a document for.
      2. Under the Personal Details sub-menu, select Documents.

      3. Select Choose File.
      4. Browse to the location of the file you want to upload.
      5. Select the file and select Open.
      6. In the Title field, type the name of the document.
      7. If required, in the Description field, type a description for the document.
      8. Select Upload.
      

Access a person’s document

      1. Go to People > View People
      2. Select the person you want to view a documents for.
      3. Select Personal Details > Documents.
      4. Select the download icon, to download the document and open it.



Archive a document

      1. Go to People > View People and select the person you want to archive a documents for.
      2. Under the Personal Details sub-menu, select Documents.
      3. In the Uploaded Documents screen, select the Closed Folder icon for the document you want to archive.
      4. Select Archive.



Reinstate an archived document

      1. Go to People > View People and select the person you want to amend a documents for.
      2. Under the Personal Details sub-menu, select Documents.
      3. In the Uploaded Documents screen, select Archived Files from the Filter by dropdown list.
      4. Select the Open Folder icon for the document you want to reinstate.
      5. Select Reinstate.



Delete a document

      1. Go to People > View People and select the person you want to delete a documents for.
      2. Under the Personal Details sub-menu, select Documents.
      3. Archive the file you want deleted, following the instructions above.
      4. In the Uploaded Documents screen, select Archived Files from the Filter by dropdown list.
      5. Select the Bin icon for the document you want to delete.
      6. Select Delete.
